The platform

Software, not spreadsheets

Every Amrark project is delivered through an integrated industrial platform covering design, procurement, construction and live plant monitoring. You see the same information we do.

Why it matters

Most solar problems are information problems

A rooftop system involves a designer, a procurement team, a contractor, a utility, a bank and an operations crew. When each keeps its own records, things fall between them. A drawing gets revised and the installer builds the old one. A warranty claim fails because nobody can produce the commissioning data. A plant underperforms for eight months and the first anyone notices is a bill that did not fall as much as expected.

We run the whole lifecycle on one platform so that does not happen, and so you can see it.

Lifecycle

One thread from first enquiry to monthly bill

Design and engineering

Before you commit

Roof zones, module layout and string design are modelled in engineering software, then reviewed by an engineer before anything is released to you.

  • Layout and shading modelled against your actual roof
  • String and electrical checks run on the design
  • Yield simulation behind every generation figure we quote
  • Revisions tracked, so the installed system matches the approved drawing

Procurement and delivery

While we build

Purchase orders, deliveries, milestones and costs sit against your project rather than in someone’s inbox.

  • Equipment traceable from order to installed position
  • Milestones and delivery status visible, not verbal
  • Serial numbers captured for warranty claims later
  • Commissioning records retained as project documentation

Operations and monitoring

For twenty-five years

An industrial edge controller on site reads your equipment and feeds a monitoring platform you can log into.

  • PV, grid, generators, batteries, meters and loads on one view
  • Generation history and alarms retained over time
  • Performance measured against the model we sold you
  • Maintenance and service requests raised from the same system

What you get

The parts that actually affect you

You can see your own plant

Login access to generation data for your site, from a browser or a phone. Not a monthly PDF summary written by us, the underlying numbers. If a string drops out in March, it is visible in March.

Underperformance gets caught early

Output is compared against the yield model the project was sold on. A plant that quietly loses a few percent costs more across twenty-five years than one that fails outright, because failure gets fixed and drift does not.

Your warranty claims survive scrutiny

Manufacturers ask for commissioning records, serial numbers and generation history. Those are captured during the build rather than reconstructed years later when something has failed.

The handover is a dataset, not a folder

Drawings, equipment schedules, test results and settings are handed over as project records. If you replace your engineer, or we part ways, the information belongs to the asset.

Hybrid sites are controlled, not just watched

Where a site runs solar alongside grid, generators or batteries, the edge controller supports local control as commissioned, so behaviour during an outage or a peak window is engineered rather than improvised.

Reporting your buyers accept

Export manufacturers are asked to evidence renewable consumption. Metered generation data, exportable and timestamped, answers that better than an estimate does.

Scope

Honest about what this is

The platform is licensed industrial software and hardware, not something we wrote. Interfaces, control functions and the level of access you get are agreed and commissioned per site, because what can be read and controlled depends on the equipment actually installed there.

We mention it because it changes what you can expect from us after handover, not because software is the product. The product is a plant that performs for twenty-five years. This is how we know whether it does.
